MEET TIM PARK : YOUR WESTERN WASHINGTON REAL ESTATE EXPERT
Tim Park is a true Real Estate PRO representing & guiding clients throughout Western Washington. He is based in Puyallup but prides himself in being an industry & market expert in King, Pierce, Thurston & Kitsap Counties. Tim epitomizes integrity, tenacity and a servant's heart. He is known to treat his clients like family and as a master negotiator, working creatively to assure his buyers and sellers are not only winning but receiving the best terms possible.

After graduating from Central Washington University, and before Tim’s career in real estate, he had a 9-year sales career in the highly competitive advertising industry. He built partnerships and negotiated deals for over 600 clients across the real estate, retail and tourism industries. It was there, that Tim developed a passion & knack for helping people win and enjoyed the relationships built along the way. It was that experience, which prepared him to be a savvy realtor in today’s market.

WHY HE IS DIFFERENT
Leveraging his experience as a successful business and sales executive, Tim is known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, personal touches and as a skilled negotiator with his client's best interests at heart. Tim believes strongly that it is not only his duty to represent his clients to the best of his ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight, so that his clients make the best decisions possible. Tim is honest, sincere, tough and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry, having worked with and mentored by some of the top agents in the country.

PERSONAL
More than anything, Tim is a family man devoted to his wife, Amber and son, Kamden. Kamden was born with a rare genetic mutation that leaves him with severe physical and mental development delays. After navigating parenting life so different from their peers, Tim and Amber have developed deep empathy and understanding for the special need’s community and have learned the fragility and true gift that life is!

I BELIEVE IN GIVING BACK
It is that empathy and servant mentality that inspired Tim and Amber to donate 10% of their income (sales commission) back to the families with special needs children that they work with. Those donations help with the steep costs of retrofitting and preparing new homes for each of those family’s unique special needs.

Tim is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys volunteering and taking our local active duty veteran military men and women on salmon fishing trips around the PNW. He also enjoys taking his clients out on adventures as well! The motto he lives by is: “WORK HARD, PLAY HARD”.
